1) National Irrigation Administration Upper Pampanga River Integrated Irrigation Systems (NIA UPRIIS) Division V, through the GAA- Current Appropriations of FY 2026, intends to apply the sum of Twelve Million Fourteen Thousand Three Hundred Forty-Eight Pesos and Fifty-Five Centavos ( Php 12, 014, 348.55), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF FLUME AT SAPANG CASTA STA. 0+000 - 0+215 with Project ID No. UPRIISDV2026-01. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) NIA UPRIIS DIVISION V now invites bids for the Construction of Flume at Sapang Casta in Licaong, Science City of Muñoz, Nueva Ecija. Completion of the Works is required within Two Hundred Seventy (270) Calendar Days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
