1. The Benguet First District Engineering Office, through the GAA 2022 intends to apply the sum of Php 24, 500, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Flood Mitigation Structure within Agno River Basin: along Agno River 3 (Balococ River) and Section 4 (Salud River), Dalupirip, Itogon, Benguet, 22PE0012. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Benguet First District Engineering Office now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required for 187 C.D. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
