1. The Municipality of Balamban, through the MDRRMFIP 70% (Flood Control), intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION THREE HUNDRED THIRTY-TWO THOUSAND AND NINETY-FIVE PESOS ONLY (₱ 1, 332, 095.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF FLOOD MITIGATION STRUCTURE (Sitio Tumoy, Aliwanay, Balamban, Cebu) Materials only. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Balamban, now invites bids for CONSTRUCTION OF FLOOD MITIGATION STRUCTURE (Sitio Tumoy, Aliwanay, Balamban, Cebu) Materials only.
