1. The Municipal Government of La Trinidad, through the General Fund (GF) 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Four and 42/100 Pesos (Php1, 999, 994.42) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Flood Control at Upper Tomay (POW-8751-2026-BHG-01). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
