Description : Invitation to Bid for CONSTRUCTION OF FLOOD CONTROL STRUCTURES AT MIDDLE BAYABAS PICO



1. The Municipal Government of La Trinidad, through the 20% Municipal Development Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Eight Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Two and 20/100 Pesos (Php3, 899, 992.20) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Flood Control Structures at Middle Bayabas Pico (POW-8751-2026-PCO-02). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.



2. The Municipal Government of La Trinidad now invites bids for Construction of Flood Control Structures at Middle Bayabas Pico. Completion of the Works is required eighty-five (85) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
