1) The Municipality of Quezon, Nueva Vizcaya, through the MDRRMC FUND 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos (PhP1, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Flood Control Structures along the different River/Creeks in the Municipality located at Barangay Darubba, Quezon, Nueva Vizcaya. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Quezon, Nueva Vizcaya now invites bids for Construction of Flood Control Structures along the different River/Creeks in the Municipality using the lowest calculated bid. Completion of the Works is required 68 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
