1. The Municipality of Balamban, through the 20% Development Fund-Flood Control Structure System Outlay - Current Appropriation, intends to apply the sum of FOUR MILLION NINE HUNDRED SEVEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SEVENTY PESOS AND 90/100 ONLY (₱ 4, 907, 970.90) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF FLOOD CONTROL STRUCTURE AT UPPER ALANG ALANG at Upper Alang-alang, Buanoy, Balamban, Cebu - PB (CW)-23-006. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
