CONSTRUCTION OF FLOOD CONTROL STRUCTURE AT BRGY. DALIG TERESA, RIZAL
1.The Municipal Government of Teresa, through the CY 2024 Annual Budget - 20% Development Fund, intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION PESOS ONLY (P 2, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Flood Control Structure at Brgy. Dalig Teresa, Rizal (Teresa-2024-06-017). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The Municipal Government of Teresa now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required in 77 days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
