Description : Invitation to Bid for Construction of Flood Control Structure along Opdas Creek
1) The Municipal Government of Kabayan, through the 20% MDF 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP 1, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Flood Control Structure along Opdas Creek located in Poblacion, Kabayan, Benguet. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipal Government of Kabayan now invites bids for reinforced concrete and rubble concrete. Completion of the Works is required 46 calendar days upon receipt of NTP. Bidders should have completed, within two years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
