SECTION I: INVITATION TO BID



CONSTRUCTION OF POTABLE WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM LEVEL II (Spring)



The Local Government Unit of Kabugao, through Government of the Philippines - the Bottoms-Up Budgeting and Planning Process under the Department of the Interior and Local Government-Cordillera Administrative Region intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Pesos ( Php600, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Flood Control Project located at Madduang, Kabugao, Apayao under Contract No. SF-INFRA 2016-08. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.



1. The Local Government Unit of Kabugao now invites bids for Construction of Flood Control Project located at Madduang, Kabugao, Apayao under Contract No. SF-INFRA 2016-08. Bidders should possess a valid Municipal Contractors Permit. Works to be done are as follows:

Completion of the Works is required within sixty (60) calendar days . Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the -A"Government Procurement Reform Act-A
