1. The Local Government Unit of Cabugao, Ilocos Sur, through the R.A. 7171 - A.O. No. 2026-05 intends to apply the sum Thirty-Four Million Six Hundred Ninety-Six Thousand, Four Hundred Sixty-Two Pesos & 07/100 (Php34, 696, 462.07) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Flood Control Phase IV at Brgy. Cuantacla, Cabugao, Ilocos Sur with Contract No. 2026-04-013. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Cabugao, Ilocos Sur now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 164 calendar days.
