Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF FLOOD CONTROL (NAGSULAY)
1) The LGU-LILA, BOHOL, through the 70% OR 5% LDRRMF (MITIGATION FUND OF THE 2026 CALAMITY FUND) intends to apply the sum of One million one hundred ninety thousand pesos only (P 1, 190, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF FLOOD CONTROL (NAGSULAY). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The LGU-LILA, BOHOL, now invites bids for CONSTRUCTION OF FLOOD CONTROL (NAGSULAY). Completion of the Works is required 75 days. Bidders should have completed, within 75 days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
