1. The Provincial Government of Kalinga through the AIP Code 1918-17-24-280 intends to apply the sum of
FOUR HUNDRED NINETY-SEVEN THOUSAND, THREE HUNDRED EIGHTY-EIGHT PESOS AND FIFTY-FIVE CENTAVOS
497, 388.55 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the
CONSTRUCTION OF FLOOD CONTROL
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall automatically rejected at bid opening.
