Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR CONSTRUCTION OF FLOOD CONTROL-LAPTING
The Municipality of San Juan through the RA7171 - 2024 intends to apply the sum of NINE MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY NINE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED SIXTY ONE PESOS & 01/100 (Php.9, 999, 561.01) only being the ABC to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF FLOOD CONTROL-LAPTING / 00026-0000017. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Municipality of San Juan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 180 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
