ONE MILLION, NINE HUNDRED SEVENTY-SEVEN THOUSAND, SIX HUNDRED SEVENTY SEVEN PESOS AND FIFTY-ONE CENTAVOS
₱1, 977, 677.51 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for
CONSTRUCTION OF FLOOD CONTROL, HILLTOP CREEK Bids Received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Kalinga now invited bids for CONSTRUCTION OF FLOOD CONTROL, HILLTOP CREEK
