1. The Municipality of Manjuyod, through the CY 2025-20% EDF intends to apply the sum of ₱999, 990.00, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Flood Control (Dike) @ Maaslum CY 2025-20% EDF Contract No. 1002606-0480-030 dated June 30, 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
