1. The Local Government Unit of Cabugao, Ilocos Sur, through the Appropriation Ordinance 2026-06 intends to apply the sum Three Million Six Hundred Eighty-Two Thousand, Seven Pesos & 99/100 (Php3, 682, 007.99) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Flood Control at Brgy. Dardarat, Cabugao, Ilocos Sur with Contract No. 2026-05-007. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Cabugao, Ilocos Sur now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 60 calendar days.
