1. The Local Government Unit of Cabugao, Ilocos Sur, through the Appropriation Ordinance 2023-06 intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Nine Hundred Thirty-Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty-Three Pesos & 70/100 (Php9, 939, 753.70) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Flood Control at Brgy. Dardarat, Cabugao, Ilocos Sur with contract no. 2023-12-001. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Cabugao, Ilocos Sur now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required 111 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
