1. The Provincial Government of Kalinga through the AIP Code 9940-1-01-018-001-18 intends to apply the sum of
NINE HUNDRED NINETY-ONE THOUSAND, SEVEN HUNDRED FORTY-EIGHT PESOS AND FIFTY-EIGHT CENTAVOS
₱991, 748.58 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for
CONSTRUCTION OF FLOOD CONTROL Bids Received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Kalinga now invited bids for CONSTRUCTION OF FLOOD CONTROL
Completion of the Works is required 40CD Bidders should have completed, within 40CD from the date of submission
