1. The subject of the order is the execution of the task entitled: Construction of floating piers with terraces, as part of the project Development of the municipal beach in Pszczew, co-financed under the intervention I.13.1 LEADER / Local Development Driven by the Community - Implementation of LSR - excluding grant projects covered by the Strategic Plan for the Common Agricultural Policy for 2023-2027. A detailed description of the subject of the order includes: - construction of rectangular modular floating bridges; - construction of modular floating piers with circular elements; - construction of floating circular platforms of various diameters, in accordance with some of the drawings of the design documentation; - construction of uncovered terraces; - construction of a small playground with three pieces of equipment for children up to three years old; - development of projects technical, workshop, executive, technological and assembly documentation for a specific technology selected by the Contractor. A detailed description and scope of the order is presented in the documentation constituting Annex No. 8 to the SWZ and Annex No. 7 to the SWZ draft provisions of the contract.
