The Local Government Unit, through the 20 % AIP CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Pesos only (Php 7, 000, 000.00 ) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Construction of Five Classroom School Building with Genderized CR at MALAHSCI Brgy. Lun Padidu Municipality of Malapatan PR no. B2 2026-01-00. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.`
