1. The Provincial Government of Nueva Ecija (PGNE), through the General Fund, intends to apply the sum of One million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos (P 1, 805, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Fish Hatchery at Seed Center Compound, Science City of Muñoz, Nueva Ecija. Proposals received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of proposals.
2. The PGNE now invites Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) registered Contractors to quote for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required by sixty (60) calendar days.
