Construction of the first stage of the eastern bypass of Biała Podlaska. 1. The subject of the order is the construction of the bypass of the city of Biała Podlaska, which will be carried out in stages. As part of stage I, it is planned to expand the existing al. Solidarności from the intersection with DK 2 to km 2+140 and construction of a new road towards the existing military airport. Stage II included the extension of al. Solidarności southbound to provincial road No. 812. Stage II will be covered by a separate procedure administrative. The investment includes the implementation of all necessary elements for the efficient and safe movement of all traffic participants, the construction of an appropriate drainage and lighting system and the reconstruction of conflicting traffic areas. with the investment of a network of underground and above-ground utilities. 2.
