Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the construction of a firewall system protecting and separating the Data Center environment from other parts of the network (delivery with implementation). 2. The description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) is included in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. After conclusion of the contract (the draft provisions of the public procurement contract are Annex No. 2 to the SWZ) it will constitute an annex to the contract. 3. The Ordering Party does not envisage the possibility of awarding the contract referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 7 and 8 of the Act. 4. The Ordering Party does not envisage the Contractor carrying out an on-site visit and checking the documents necessary for the execution of the order, referred to in Art. 131 section 2 of the Act. 5. The Ordering Party informs that the remuneration is financed from European Union funds under the National Reconstruction Plan and from the state budget. 6. Technical information regarding the detailed specification of the Ordering Party's environment is confidential and cannot be made available to persons other than contractors. 7. The Ordering Party will provide technical information regarding the detailed specification of the Ordering Party's environment at the Contractor's request submitted via the Purchasing Platform.
