Tender Details

As part of the task, a new fire station of the Volunteer Fire Department will be built in Dziewitlice. The task will be performed in the "design and build" mode, based on a functional and utility program. The order will include the development of documentation technical for the fire station building, including land development and carrying out construction works related to its construction and finishing. The purchase of room equipment is also planned to ensure that the fire station performs its intended functions. The investment concerns 3 undeveloped plots in the town of Dziewitlice. (no. 549/33, 549/32, 549/31). The fire station building was designed as a single-story building, accessible to people with mobility disabilities, and it is planned to purchase signs rooms for visually impaired people and induction loops for people with hearing disabilities, as well as the construction of a parking space for people with disabilities. The works related to land development include the entrance, main entrance, internal roads, parking spaces, lighting, monitoring, waste collection area, fence, heat pump boiler room, septic tank, fire hydrant...
