The City of Clermont is soliciting sealed bids from licensed Contractors for the partial demolition, renovation, and construction of Fire Station 2. This single-story, approximately 10, 121 square foot public safety facility will include:Expansion of two (2) of the three (3) drive-through apparatus bays for fire and rescue vehicles.Operational support spaces.Individual sleeping quarters for up to ten (10) personnel.Kitchen, dining, dayroom, and fitness facilities.Associated site work, including parking, utilities, stormwater management, and landscaping.The estimated consrtuction value is Estimated Project Value. The project must comply with all applicable Florida Building Code (FBC), NFPA standards, and local requirements.
