Construction of a fire detection room The subject of the order are construction works called "Construction of a fire detection facility". The order is being carried out as part of the project entitled "A comprehensive project for the adaptation of forests and forestry to climate change - preventing, counteracting and limiting the effects of threats related to forest fires." This project is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) under the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate and Environment (FEnIKS). The subject of the order is the execution of construction work under the name "Construction of a fire detection room" (the area of the planned investment is located on plot no. 635/6, plot ID 201005_2.0003.635/6: district 0003 Mętna; Mielnik commune area siemiatycki, province Podlasie). The detailed scope of construction works covered by the subject of the order was specified in the design documentation along with the technical specification of conditions and acceptance of works (STWiOR) and bills of quantities constituting Annex No. 2 and 3 to the SWZ and in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract constituting Annex No. 11 to the tender specifications. The Contractor will provide a free quality guarantee for the completed subject matter of the contract for a minimum period of 60 months counting from the date of final acceptance of the works.
