Construction of a fire detection facility - a pre-stressed concrete tower in the Bielsk Forest District in Bielsk Podlaski The subject of the order is the execution of construction work called "Construction of a fire detection facility - a pre-stressed concrete tower in the Bielsk Forest District in Bielsk Podlaski" (the area of the planned investment is located in section 282cx (Podlaskie Voivodeship, Bielsko County, Bielsk Podlaski commune, rural area, or Augustowo district, plot No. 913). Construction works should be performed in accordance with the requirements specified in these Terms of Reference, hereinafter referred to as "SWZ", design documentation, detailed technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works and bills of quantities - constituting Annexes No. 2 and 3 to this SWZ Conduct is conducted in an open tender pursuant to Art. 129 section 1 point 1) in connection with joke. 129 section 2 and art. 132-139 of the Act of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law (uniform text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 793, as amended) (hereinafter referred to as hereinafter referred to as PZP) and implementing acts to the PZP. 2.2.
