The subject of the order is the execution of the second stage of construction works, together with the preparation by the Contractor of the documentation necessary to obtain an occupancy permit under the task titled Construction of the Firefighting and Rescue Unit No. 2 of the State Fire Service in Woomin (Tuszcz headquarters) STAGE II. During STAGE I of the investment, a fence and a water supply connection to the entrance to the JRG 2 building were constructed, as well as an energy connection to the box in the fence. The remains of foundations after garden gazebos should also be calculated. Range this procedure does not cover the so-called first equipment. In order to determine the exact scope of required work, materials and equipment, Contractors are required to conduct an on-site visit to the facility at the stage of calculating the offer costs. Contractor's remuneration is established as a lump sum. The bills of quantities provided by the Ordering Party should be treated as auxiliary when calculating the value of equipment, materials and work. Bills of quantities cannot constitute the basis for settlements with the Ordering Party in terms of the quantity and value of materials, equipment and wash.
