As part of the implementation of Stage I, it is planned to construct a road section located from km 3+461.48 to km 5+282.44, along with all its elements, and exits from the municipal road. A detailed description of the subject of the order is described in Annex No. 10 to the SWZ Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ), which consists of: (1) Design Documentation: (a) Construction design; (b) Technical design; (c) Bill of Quantities. Take the bill of quantities constitutes the sole basis for the valuation of the Offer. The Contractor is obliged to include in the Offer price all costs for works necessary for the proper execution of the subject of the order, in accordance with the work technology specified in the SWZ and the Design Documentation and STWIORB.(2) Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works. The requirements for the Contractor regarding the method of execution of the subject of the order are also specified in the template of the Agreement constituting Annex No. 9 to the SWZ. The place of execution of the subject of the order is the area Niedwiady Forest District in Przechlewo.
