1. The Municipality of Malvar through the Appropriation Ordinance No. 001 dated March 23, 2026 Supplemental Budget No. 1 CY 2026 of Municipality of Malvar, Office of the Municipal Mayor -Capital Outlay intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Pesos (P 999, 000.00) the ABC to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF FENCE LOGOFIND BUILDING BRGY. POBLACION MALVAR, BATANGAS with Solicitation Number I-062026-010900. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Malvar now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion Works is required within 90 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
