The task includes the demolition of the existing fence along with gates and wickets, the construction of a new mesh fence with three gates and two gates and carrying out a post-construction geodetic inventory. The contractor is responsible for the assembly of all fence components in accordance with the technical parameters included in the design documentation. All works must be carried out in accordance with applicable regulations, in particular with the requirements of the Act of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2026, item 524), standards, technical conditions and construction practices, regulations regarding health and safety when performing construction works, i.e. Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of February 6, 2003 on occupational health and safety during construction works (Journal of Laws of 2003, No. 47, item 401) and the provisions of the Fire Protection Act.
