1) The [MLGU-Tubo, Tubo, Abra], through the [7171] intends to apply the sum of [₱ 10, 404, 879.00] being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for [Construction of Farmers Cooperative Training Center]. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The [MLGU-Tubo, Tubo, Abra] now invites bids for [Construction of 1 storey Farmers Cooperative Training Center]. Completion of the Works is required [240 CD]. Bidders should have completed, within [1 yrs] from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
