1. The LGU - Municipality of Santa Lucia, Ilocos Sur, through the RA 7171 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Eight Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand Pesos (Php 4, 875, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Farmer-s Seawall (Reinforced Concrete Flood Control) - Brgy. Luba, Sta. Lucia, Ilocos Sur with Project Identification Number 24-02-Infra. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LGU - Municipality of Santa Lucia, Ilocos Sur now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is eighty-five-point fifty (85.50) calendar days.
