1. The Local Government Unit of Vinzons, through the MAYOR-S OFFICE -CAPITAL OUTLAY 2026, is to apply the sum of One Million Pesos Only. (Php 1, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF FARM-TO-MARKET ROAD (BARANGAY MATANGO). Above ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Vinzons now invites bids for the CONSTRUCTION OF FARM-TO-MARKET ROAD (BARANGAY MATANGO), completion of the works required within 30 calendar days.
