The LGU-SOLSONA, through the 20% Development Fund Current intends to apply the sum of Three Million Four Hundred Sixty-Five Thousand Two Hundred Fourteen Pesos & 88/100 (₱3, 465, 214.88) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for Construction of Farm to Market Road, Sitio Bakir Brgy. Maananteng, Solsona, Ilocos Norte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
