1. The subject of the order is the construction of a family orphanage in Gsawa on plot no. 3/26 along with landscaping.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is an annex to the SWZ: 1) Bill of quantities for the work 2) Technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of the work 3) Construction design including: a) Land development design, b) Architectural and construction design, c) Technical design, d) Annexes to the design, e) Technical design of the sanitary sewage connection, f) Technical design of the water supply connection. These documents will be: 1) Annex No. 4 to the SWZ - Bill of Quantities2) Annex No. 10 to the SWZ Technical documentation (including Technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works, Construction design) Other conditions regarding the execution of the order are specified in the Designed provisions of the contract (Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ).
