Construction of the Faculty Buildings including Medical Edit Cation Building (Auditorium), Library Building. Preclinical Block, Canteen & Recreational Area. Main Security Centre & Entrance Building. Professorial Unit. Internal Road Network Construction. Construction of Water Pumps / Head Tanks & Piping Network. Sewage Treatment System i.t Works and Electricity, Staff Accommodation and Students Hostels (Male / Female).
Where the Bidder from Sri Lanka shall He the Main Contractor, the Bidder should have Completed a Minimum of One Medical Building and Medical Laboratory Construction Project not Less than Lkr 2, 000 Million as the Main Contractor with Similar Nature and Complexity during the Last 5 Years with Average Value of Work Completed during a Period of 12 Months should not Less than Lkr 600 Million. The Average Annual Volume of Construction Work Performed in Last Five Years shall be at Least Lkr 3, 000 Million.
