It is the construction of 114 Social Interest homes with an area of 42 square meters divided into the following lots:
Lot No. 1: 37 homes
Lot No. 2: 39 homes
Lot No. 3: 38 homes
Place: The information will be available free of charge: a. For download on the website: www.nicaraguacompra.gob.ni b. Physically in: Mayor's Office of San Miguelito, De la Portuaria 1 c. to the north, from April 26 to May 14, 2024 until 5:00 pm. The bidder interested in acquiring a complete printed set of the Bidding Document in Spanish, by written request and against the payment of a Non-Refundable sum of Five Hundred Córdobas net (C$500.00). The payment procedure will be deposit in the cashier's office of the municipal mayor of San Miguelito.
