Detailed information can be found in the annexes to this procedure. The result of the procedure generated by the platform is not tantamount to placing an order and signing a contract. Please submit the offer together with attachments in the form of document scans. Before participating in the on-site visit, the Tenderer is obliged to sign a confidentiality agreement (Appendix No. 5). In his/her own handwriting 2 signed copies of the contract should be sent by traditional mail to the Ordering Party's address. In the Confidentiality Agreement, company data should be completed on the first page. NOTE: The Ordering Party informs that in the event of a signed confidentiality agreement according to Annex No. 5 The Contractor is not obliged to submit a new confidentiality agreement (valid from February 11, 2026).
