The subject of the order is the implementation of the task called Construction of an external gas boiler with installations in Ostrów Lubelski.2. The subject of the order includes the execution of construction works consisting in the construction of an external gas boiler with a closed chamber combustion with a power of 150 kW along with installations to power the building of the Cultural Center and the Health Clinic in Ostrów Lubelski, in particular: 1) construction of an external gas installation from the reduction and measurement point (PRP) to the designed gas cabinet with a shut-off valve, located in the fence of the area intended for the installation of the gas boiler;2) execution of an external gas installation from the gas cabinet with a shut-off valve to the gas boiler with a power of 150 kW;3) execution of an external installation heating; 4) execution of the electrical installation necessary for the power supply and proper functioning of the boiler and associated equipment; 5) execution of all accompanying works, tests, tests, adjustments, commissioning and as-built documentation required project documentation and applicable regulations.
