1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BARANGAY LIBJO TIWI, ALBAY, THROUGH 20% BARANGAY DEVELOPMENT FUNDS, intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THREE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNRED TWENTY PESOS 75/100(PHP153, 820.75) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF EXIT GATE OF BARANGAY HALL LIBJO TIWI ALBAY.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during bid opening.
2. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BARANGAY LIBJO, TIWI, ALBAY, now invites bidders for the CONSTRUCTION OF EXIT GATE OF BARANGAY HALL LIBJO TIWI ALBAY, provided that the delivery requires five (5) calendar days.
