INVITATION TO BID FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF EXECUTIVE BUILDING (PHASE 02) @ POBLACION 02, PIAT, CAGAYAN
The Local Government Unit of Piat, through the 20% Municipal Development Fund 2025, intends to apply the sum of Four Million Pesos (Php 4, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Executive Building (Phase 02) @ Poblacion 02, Piat, Cagayan . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Local Government Unit of Piat now invites bids for Construction of Executive Building (Phase 02) @ Poblacion 02, Piat, Cagayan. Delivery of the Goods is required within One Hundred Twenty (120) days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
