intends to apply the sum of 8, 500, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC)
to payments under the contract for Construction of Event Center at Brgy. Poblacion San
Remigio, Antique. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at
bid opening.
2) The LGU-San Remigio, Antique now invites bids for Construction of Event Center at
Brgy. Poblacion San Remigio, Antique. Completion of the Works is required 180
Calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within [insert relevant period] from the
date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of
