1) The Provincial Government of Palawan, through the Certification of Availability of Appropriation (OBR No. CAA 26-00188-DF-PPE) intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Four Hundred Ninety-Four Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty-One Pesos (PHP 8, 494, 851.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF EVACUATION CENTER/COVERED COURTS, PHASE I located at DAGMAN, ARACELI, PALAWAN (Project Reference No: B2 GF PEO 26-03-005). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
