1) The Provincial Government of Palawan, through the Certification of Availability of Appropriation (OBR No. CAA-26-00611-DF-PPE) intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Four Hundred Twenty-Seven Thousand Three Hundred Eighty-Eight Pesos (PHP 9, 427, 388.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF EVACUATION CENTER/COVERED COURTS located at KEMDENG, SAN VICENTE, PALAWAN (Project Reference No: B2 GF PEO 26-07-086. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
