1.The Municipal Government of Leyte, through the authorized appropriations under the DRRM Fund - Trust Fund 2025-36 intends to apply the sum Six Million Thirty Three Thousand One Hundred Thirty Nine Pesos & 22/100 (Php6, 033, 139.22) of being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Evacuation Center (Phase VII & VIII) at Brgy. Poblacion, Leyte, Leyte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The Municipal Government of Leyte now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 150CD. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
