1. The Municipality of Bindoy, Negros Oriental, through the Supplemental Budget of Municipality 20% DF CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Three Hundred Fifty Four Thousand Three Hundred Forty Four & 88/100 (PhP 2, 354, 344.88) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Evacuation Center, Phase III, Poblacion by Straight Contract. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Bindoy, Negros Oriental now invites bids for the Construction of Evacuation Center, Phase III, Poblacion, Bindoy, Negros Oriental. .
