Description : The Project involves Construction of Evacuation Center with an area of 360 sq.m.
Scope of Works:
- Demolition of pavement (portion only) for the construction of pedestal;
- Chipping of existing concrete pavement and overlaying of new concrete slab;
- Construction of 10 units concrete footing and pedestal with plaster finish (pedestal only), concrete flooring with an area of 360 sq.m., zocalo/wall footing with plaster finish (78 1.m.), and 14 units column stiffener;
- Fabrication and Installation of 5 units hinge arch steel frame (columns & trusses), steel girder, and purlins with epoxy paint;
- Installation of roofing and accessories, fascia board, roof panels, and downspout;
- Construction of septic vault (4.5 sq.m);
- Installation of sewerage, and plumbing fixtures with complete accessories:
- Installation of ceiling joist and 4.5mm thk Fiber Cement Board (Comfort Room);
- Supply, Delivery, and Installation of water tank and;
