Description : Invitation to Bid for Construction of Evacuation Center
1) The Barangay Sta. Rosa, Abulug, Cagayan, through the PROVINCIAL NBLB of the Province of Cagayan intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Three Thousand Three Hundred Forty One Pesos and 95/100 (Php 503, 341.95) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Evacuation Center. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Barangay Sta. Rosa, Abulug, Cagayan now invites bids for Construction of Evacuation Center. Completion of the Works is required Sixty Calendar days (60 CD). Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a nondiscretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
